2008 - 09 Membership Renewal starts at the May Meetings

Change in Membership Requirements
In September, we will be meeting at the Kennedy Seniors Recreation Centre. Part of our agreement in securing this venue is that all Guild members must also become members of the Centre. This is included in your Guild membership fee so there is no additional cost to you. When you renew your membership for the 2008-2009 year, you will be required to fill out 2 applications – one for the Guild and one for Kennedy. Please review Kennedy’s application form on this web page and be prepared to provide all the information required on their form if you plan on filling out the forms at a meeting. Since membership with Kennedy is required in order to use their facility, their completed application must be received with ours before the Guild will issue your new membership. The Guild will not be keeping copies of Kennedy’s application forms. All originals will be forwarded to them. All information will be considered confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone by Guild members handling the applications. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Membership Chairperson.
